ORDER PROCESS

All our items are made to order, the order will be printed and posted with 10 working days, though we have the right to change this at any time, please see announcement banner for up to date dispatch times. Please allow a few extra days for delivery of your item from date of dispatch.

DELIVERY POLICY

All our items are sent using Royal Mail 48, unless you have opted to upgrade your postage at checkout. Royal Mail 48 aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days but can take up to 5 working days to arrive especially at peak times for Royal Mail i.e. Christmas season. Larger items that are parcel size will be sent with Evri or Yodel, you will be provided with Evri or yodel tracking number upon dispatch. By placing an order you are consenting to your postal address being used with either Royal Mail or couriers.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Refunds are not given on personalised orders. Impressive Gifts accepts returns if an item is faulty or not as described. Please Contact me within 14 days of receiving delivery of products and goods if faulty. Dispatch and Return the items back to me within 30 days of delivery. I will require photos of the damage and the packaging in order to proceed with any complaint.

Request a cancellation within 72 hours of ordering before dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled if it has been started or dispatched

PAYMENT METHODS

Impressive Print supports payments via PayPal and Stripe (bank card), by purchasing an order you are agreeing to using one of these payment methods.

DESIGNS AND FONTS

Impressive Gifts holds all licences for designs/artwork and fonts used. No customer or visitor to the site may copyright, reproduce or resell any of the work and images that are on the website therefore you must NOT

 Sell or sub licence material from Impressive GIfts

 Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Impressive Gifts

 Redistribute content from Impressive Gifts

IMAGES AND PHOTOS

By purchasing a personalised item you are agreeing to Impressive Print to use names, dates and photos supplied by yourself, once your order has been completed we do not keep the photos, we simply delete the photo off our system and design software. Please ensure the image that you require to be used on personalised items is of a high resolution ideally 300dpi otherwise this can affect the quality of product. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the end product if your image is of poor quality. Please ensure your images are also not copyright material we do not print copyrighted images such as Disney, Warner Bros, Harry Potter, any football/rugby club logos, any designer images and no quotes, we do a copyright check on anything we are unsure of and if found to be copyright we will inform you and ask for another image of your own, if not we will cancel and refund your order.
