Impressive Prints accepts returns if an item is faulty or not as described:

Contact me within 14 days of receiving delivery of products and goods

Dispatch and Return the items back to me within 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within 72 hours of ordering before dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled if it has been started or dispatched

PLEASE NOTE: Returns are not accepted on Personalised items unless they are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at impressiveprint2020@gmail.com for instructions on how to return your item. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt of the products you have received and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
