How long is current turnaround time for orders?

Our current turnaround time is 7 to 10 working days, . At peak seasons such as Christmas this can be extended, please see the advertisement banner on top of website for up to date turnaround times.

Can I get next day delivery?

Whilst we can offer next day delivery as an option for postage, our turnaround for this service will be 2 working days, as we still have to prepare, make and print the items which are not always possible in one day, therefore we will offer turnaround on orders in 3 working days with next day postal service by royal mail, you will be provided with a tracking number upon dispatch.

How are my items posted?

Orders are posted using Royal Mail 48, unless you have opted to upgrade your postage at checkout. Royal Mail 48 aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days but can take up to 5 working days to arrive especially at peak times for them. Larger items that are parcel size will be sent with Evri or yodel, you will be provided with Evri or yodel tracking number upon dispatch.

Do ship outside of the UK?

We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK and Northern Ireland. If you place an order outside of the UK your order will be cancelled.

Can I cancel my order?

Providing we have not started your order, or it has been posted, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order and we will cancel it for you.

Do you offer refunds?

In accordance with UK law we do not offer refunds on personalised items unless it is faulty, broke or not fit for purpose, please send us an email with your name, address, and order number along with photos if it is faulty, broke or not fit for purpose.
